How can I update my bank account details?
The best way to update your direct debit details with Cashify is to email email@example.com or click here to complete our online form. Please outline your new banking details, including your account name, BSB and account number.
Depending on your bank, this may take a few days to process, so please be aware if your next repayment is due before this is complete, your repayment may still be debited from your old account. To avoid any fees, please ensure you have enough money in that account.
